MYERS COURT. LAUNCHING A LUXURY DEVELOPMENT OF APARTMENTS IN THE HEART OF ABBEVILLE VILLAGE, LONDON.

The Brief

In Q4 2019 Diggital was tasked to develop a full marketing programme for the launch of a luxury apartment block in Abbeville Village, South West London.

 

The Approach

Following in-depth research Diggital developed the brand ‘Myers Court’ named after George Myers – Pugin’s master builder who is best known for his building of Mentmore Towers for the Rothschild family; he was also the builder of the original villa and coach house on the development site. Following the creation of the development name, a full brand suite of marketing collateral was developed and implemented to launch the development and aid in sales including:

  • Above and below the line advertising. 

  • Bespoke site hoardings.

  • Luxury tailored print and digital brochure. 

  • Optimised website for lead generation.

Diggital also created and implemented the marketing plan on both the UK and International level to help drive sales from the domestic and international investors markets including demand generation and demand harvesting social and display advertising.

 

The Result

Due to the success of the branding phase, Douglas & Gordon were able to achieve a 10% increase on the price per sq.ft than originally anticipated. The website also converted 8.69% of all visitors into leads vs an anticipated benchmark of 5%. Douglas & Gordon were so pleased with the project Diggital has been appointed their marketing services agency for all new developments.
